How to make homemade serum
There are 2 different ways to prepare homemade whey and in doing so you must be very careful and strictly follow one of the recipes that we indicate below, because an error in the preparation can cause seizures in dehydrated children.
Homemade buttermilk recipe using a soup spoon
- 1 liter of filtered, boiled water or bottled mineral water,
- 1 tablespoon of sugar-filled soup or 2 tablespoons of sugar (20g),
